So excited (and way too nervous) when I was invited to talk gardening and creativity with Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria Director Tim Entwistle. Tim visited my garden in Melbourne, which features some beautiful old trees planted by the first Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria Director Ferdinand von Mueller.

We had such a wonderful day at the gorgeous Pickwick & Sprout bookshop, in Hurstbridge, during the holidays, making our own nature journals and garden artworks.
The morning and afternoon workshops were packed with kids aged between four and 10, all with their own exciting, creative ideas for decorating and filling their nature journals.
Why have one book launch when you can have two, I say?!
The second celebration for The Art Garden was at the
uber-cute Pickwick & Sprout bookshop, in Hurstbridge,
the uber-lovely Penni Russon, who was also launching her
new book, The Endsister (Allen & Unwin). Put this one on
your must-read list! There were craft activities for the
kids upstairs, with speeches and champagne for the
grown-ups downstairs. So much fun!
What a way to welcome a new book into the world - surrounded by beautiful friends and family!
The launch of The Art Garden, at the gorgeous 'shop up top', at Eltham Bookshop, was a wonderful celebration with craft, cupcakes and stories.
I was so honoured to have the fabulous author Alison Reynolds launch The Art Garden with true warmth and wit. Eltham Bookshop owner Meera Govil and her family were also a tremendous force on the day. A huge thank you to everyone who came and supported me! So very blessed.
